Commissions

☆ Von's Commissions - Terms of Service ☆

These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me. I retain the rights to every image I produce. I have the right to decline any commission without question or given reason.

✅ Will Do: original characters, nudity, couples/ships, approved suggestive themes**, blood/light gore
**character(s) AND commissioner must be above 18 years old
❌ Won’t Do: explicit nsfw, mecha, some anthro/furry characters (send refs for approval!), complicated armor/metal designs, real people

full payment

full payment is due upfront, made via Paypal invoice (in USD). payment plans are available for commissions over $100 (75% upfront/25% at completion) and for returning clients

cancellation

cancelling may be done anytime and will be refunded the amount equivalent to the steps not completed and I will retain a 50% fee. full refunds are available only if the commission remains incomplete after 3 months since the last update or a pre-established deadline. completed commissions are non-refundable

PRICING

prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity, additional characters, etc. the final price will include sales tax of .105% + the base price. tips are greatly appreciated

DISCOUNTS

special discounts on commission prices cannot be stacked, rather the higher discount percentage will be applied. (example: 20% off couple commissions + 10% off adoptable commission will not be 30% off total, it will be 20% off only.)

changes (sketch commissions excluded)

after the initial sketch phase, minor changes are free but limited at my discretion and major changes will be charged. progress pics will be sent periodically and allow for limited minor changes to be made

turnaround time

turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and # of commissions (max 6 months). generally an initial sketch will be provided within the first week and must be approved before I move on with the process (sketch commissions excluded)

USAGE

personal use only, unless otherwise discussed. if you intend on making a profit with your piece, we can discuss terms. minting/selling as NFTs and using my art for training AI is in violation of these terms and is not allowed.

REPOSTING

reposting, printing and using your commission as your pfp is okay if proper credit is included

VELVET COMMISSIONS

“velvet” commissions are suggestive themes that include but are not limited to: pin-up / lingerie, sensual nudity, passionate couple poses, etc... they are not explicit nsfw. feel free to reach out for approval of an idea. commissioner must provide confirmation of their age and character(s)’ age(s) for any suggestive ideas to be approved.important disclaimer: at any point I am allowed to drop the commission with no refund given back to the commissioner if I discover dubious intentions behind the commission and/or if ages were changed/lied about to receive approval, in addition to being blocked from receiving future commissions from me

waitlist

clients on my waitlist will be reached out to first before opening slots to the public, then remaining commissions slots are open to the public with queue slots available as well. clients still waiting in queue when commissions are closed can be added to the waitlist if desired and will get priority when the next batch of commissions open. commissions are no longer first-come-first-serve, they are selected by me based on interest and/or established deadlines!

completed works

finished commissions will be sent in their full resolution via Google Drive link or email. finished commissions may be posted for self-promotion purposes or added to my commission website, with the commissioner’s info included. if you want to keep your piece private, please let me know
